RESUMEN

Poco tiempo después del comienzo de la electrificación en España, la Administración empieza a dictar disposiciones con el fin de regular las distintas actividades en esa materia buscando principalmente la seguridad de personas y bienes y la equidad de las facturaciones a los consumidores. Y, desde un principio, aparecen Ingenieros Industriales colaborando de forma importante en la redacción de esas primeras disposiciones, presencia que se acentúa posteriormente con la creación del Cuerpo Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales en la Administración Industrial.

ABSTRACT

A short time after the commencement of electrification in Spain, the Government Administration began to distribute regulations in order to regulate the various activities in this area, mainly in terms of the safety of the public and properties and the equity of bills presented to consumers. From the initiation of such, Industrial Engineers collaborated considerably in the writing of these early regulations, the presence of which grew in importance with the appearance of the Official Body of Industrial Engineers in Industrial Administration.
