On the one hand the sensational experiences and discoveries of Taylor and Wite on the new fast steel, and on the other the industrial success that reached in those years the electric furnace, that since then it was used in the manufacture of the tools steels, were the reasons Which have contributed to the development and high quality achieved in them.
