EUROPE CAN LOOSE MUCH MORE THAN THE ENERGY WAR

In the last twenty years, Germany has undoubtedly led and, to a certain extent, imposed most of the technical and economic decisions on the rest of the countries of the European Union. Examples of this are the budgetary austerity measures required as a result of the financial crisis of the second decade of the century, or the policy of supplying hydrocarbons, natural gas and crude oil, from a major supplier, Russia. Especially for gas, the large Baltic transport pipelines were built to shorten the route and avoid the traditional passage through countries of potential instability.
