9 April marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of the decree creating the Official Associations of Industrial Engineers and regulating the constitution of a Higher Council of Associations, as a higher governing body that would be related to the National Association of Industrial Engineers, the first and oldest entity that grouped these professionals.
