By various difficulties, we have been forced to delay the insertion of the work in which our partner José Maria de Areilza summarizing their impressions to the one-year anniversary of his appointment to the post of Head of the National Service of Industry. Subsequently, and mandatory for reasons of health, has been forced to cease in the same, not losing, however the attachment work the features of interest and opportunity, for what we offer today to our readers.
