It is called sound the sensation in the ear that the vibrations of the bodies transmitted by the media and substantial elastic, hitting the bodies, move their molecules of the equilibrium position, and how they are fitted with elasticity, they begin to vibrate; this vibration is propagated to the east where the body is immersed, originate, as well, the sound waves; these vibrations are longitudinal, i.e. , that are carried out in the direction of propagation.
