Abstract:In response to the significant impact of environmental temperature, external light sources, electromagnetic fields, and other factors on the measurement accuracy of non dispersive infrared gas sensors during operation, this paper designs and implements a small experimental testing system with controlled temperature, signal conditioning, and data processing. The STC16 microcontroller is mainly used as the control core, and a signal detection circuit is built. Digital signal processing algorithms are used to denoise and filter digital signals, and the measurement data and calibration data are calculated according to formulas. Finally, real-time display of SF6 gas concentration values under different temperature conditions. The study concluded that this design is based on the principle of infrared spectral absorption and the study of a non spectral infrared SF6 gas sensor system. It analyzes the error between the detected SF6 gas concentration and the actual situation at different temperaturesKeywords: Non-Dispersive Infrared, STC16,Sulfur hexafluoride
