Intercambio de ideas entre firmas rivales. Principo F.—Debe abogarse por el libre intercambio de ideas entre firmas competidoras. Es ventajoso fomentar este intercambio entre las Sociedades rivales dedicadas al mismo ramo de la Industria. Tal sistema se ha adoptado ampliamente en America con resultados efectivos para la cooperación en los negocios y la evolución y y mejora de los metodos de compra venta. La ley Sherman prohibe a las Empresas combinarse a los fines de fijar precios o formar trusts. En los Estados Unidos es firmisima la opinión de que el sostenimiento de determinados precios de monopolio es desventajoso no solo pars el consumidor sino para el mismo productor, puesto que ello tiende a destruír la iniciativa individual de las Compaiifas productoras y por lo tanto, a disminuir su rendimiento.
