RESUMEN
Tal y como establece el marco normativo actual (Reglamento Servicios de Prevencion y posteriores modificaciones), la actividad preventiva deberá integrarse en el sistema general de gestión de la propia empresa, abarcando todas y cada una de las actividades de la misma así como todos
sus niveles jerárquicos. Por ello, los trabajadores de todos los estamentos y delegados de prevención deberán trabajar en pro de dicha integración
de la prevención de riesgos laborales en la empresa y colaborar en la adopción y el cumplimiento de las medidas preventivas mediante los
derechos de participación, información y consulta. Pero ¿cómo integrar la actividad de prevención de riesgos sin cultura preventiva ni formación en
este campo?¿Cómo cumplir con la ley desconociendo gran parte de su articulado?

ABSTRACT
So and as it establishes the present normative frame (Regulation Services of Prevention and later modifications), the preventive activity will have to integrate in the general system of management of the own company, being included all and each one of the activities of same as well as the all its hierarchic levels. It is for that reason that workers of all the estates and delegates of prevention will have to work for this integration of the prevention of labor risks in the company and to collaborate in the adoption and the fulfillment of the preventive measures by means of the
participation rights, information and it consults. But, how to integrate the activity of prevention of risks without preventive culture nor formation in
this field? how to obey the law not knowing great part of his articulated?
