Resumen
El autor muestra sus vivencias personales, como gerente de una pyme industrial, en torno a la evolución que sufrió en sus inicios el enfoque de la
Calidad en su empresa. En 1980 se realizaba un control de Calidad final, en 1993 se logró la certificación ISO 9002 y, tras distintas experiencias y
vicisitudes, en 2003 la empresa Microdeco obtuvo el European Quality Prize.

Abstract
The author describes this personal experiences as Manager of a smallto-medium-sized industrial concern regarding the company's evolution concerning its quality control approach in its beginnings. A final Quality Control was carried out in 1980 and the company was awarded ISO 9002 Certification in 1993. After many different experiencs and vicissitudes. the Microdeco company was awarded the European Quality Prize in 2003.
