ABSTRACT:
The aim of this article is to present a Sustainable Evaluation Model for the Corporation’s Action Plans. The process to reach the Sustainable Evaluation Model was based upon tools for multicriteria analysis and social participation, combining transdiscipline technical works with workshops for managers, technicians and other staff from different Corporation Areas. The Sustainable Evaluation Model validated and agreed by consensus it is based upon seven general criteria: management and administration, urban structure and town model, territorial dynamics, economic dynamism, mobility, environment and quality life. The model assessment is performed through the evaluation of the indicators proposed in this set of criteria.
