The concept of diversity implies differences in personnel (eg age, gender, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability). The perceptions that the senior human resources executives have in Spain about management of diversity and the performance of the company are diverse and that is why, through the information gathered through a questionnaire based on the Business Case of the European Commission for Diversity (1) to 3000 companies from the 25 EU Member States, members of the European Business Test Panel, a cluster analysis was performed
