ABSTRACT
• The following article analyzes psychosocial evaluation fundamentals. To achieve this, the article is based on relevant scientific studies, which on the one hand show how needed this tool is necessary for the full development of the law nº31/1995 ( 8th november) concerning laboral risks prevention of Work Related Risks, and on the other hand,explain the fundamentals of the they evaluation itself. Therefore the aim of this article is the study of psychosocial risks as multicausal risks and to different theories, which have been the basis of their etiological investigation. Finally, the prevention from the different levels of intervention in the psychosocial field is presented.
