This paper presents an interdisciplinary approach to achieve a new working method for the three-dimensional modeling of buildings and structures. Using conventional digital cameras, the main achievement is the reduction of costs and time involved in the process of gathering information, keeping the dimensional accuracy. The results of this methodology are precise 3D models that are valid for reverse drawing documentation, structural assessment and retrofitting of existing buildings. Keywords: photogrammetry, tridimensional reconstruction, 3d modeling, structures, segmentation
