ABSTRACTThe literature that is studying the problems, methods or management strategies is probably one of the most extensive, and the experts in this field often enjoy of international fame. However, very few of them focus the change proposals on the direct dialogue with all the human groups of the organisations in the way of building together a global project. “A New Style of Relationships” is a revolutionary guidebook for overcoming the industrial challenges in the beginning of the XXIth century.
