ABSTRACT:
The internal policies of a company taken at a given time, can affect in a decisive way his success or failure in a medium or long term. When it comes to build a new industrial plant, clonal way will affect the decisions taken at the first time (reliability of facilities and equipment, reducing times stops, energy efficiency, environmental actions). This article presents a study of cases, where processes and key decisions, that proposed by the own Directorate of engineering and maintenance, and supported by the Presidency and general direction of the company, have made factories for the production of meat products of Martinez Loriente S.A., a benchmark for the entire industry in generaland is currently one of the first companies in the national and European level in their sector.
