One of the main restrictions in project management is the schedule, because variations in project duration can have various effects in terms of contractual conditions, attention to stakeholder expectations, and even in terms of quality, scope, and costs, among others. In construction works, productivity presents great difficulties in being determined beforehand, either by the nomadic nature of the factory -which is changed- and the product that is kept in the same place, or by issues related to the qualification, rotation and interference of its workers in the productive process, which impacts much more significantly on the civil construction industry than on the serial industry.
