If we write in google the term "social networks", appear more than 7 million references, in Spanish only. The success of Facebook, Twitter and other tools of communication via the internet or mobile phones, it is more than obvious. Social networks are now in fashion, to the point that people who don't use any of these tools of communication, it seems as if they were outside of the world. In this report I would like to explain some of the utilities of the use of social networking in the enterprise, but above all, the use of the analysis of social networks, which is the methodology that it studies.
