In 2004, researchers Andrei Geim and Konstantin Novoselov isolated graphene at the University of Manchester (UK) and checked their electrical properties. For that reason were granted the Nobel Prize for Physics in 2010. Since then, the emergence of such material related news, the many investigations carried out on it and promises of real applications, fill the pages of publications not only technical , but also the public interest.
