ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this research work is the development of a Business Management Model, whose goal is to influence the improvement of the organizational performance of SMEs in Quito-Ecuador. The research is characterized by using a mixed research methodology, facilitating the determination of each of the variables that are a part of the model, continuing with a factor analysis and determining the existing relation among the variables found from an analysis of statistical correlations.
This model is a tool that facilitates to analyze future results, helping to generate internal changes that increase their levels of competitiveness within the markets where they operate.
By using the systems dynamics methodology, it is possible to present simulated results based on the applicability of the Business Management Model in real companies; which allows to visualize in the future the applicability of the administrative decisions used by the SMEs, letting to correct them or not
