ABSTRACT:In the dynamic scenario of changes, this paper presents a structured methodology suitable to help decision makers to create and identify conceptual solutions capable of satisfying the different decision makers’ requirements. With this in mind, the paper attempts to increase the possibilities of successfulness when changes occur (e.g. dynamic of the supply chain). For the conception of this methodology, OTSM-TRIZ and AHP were integrated for the evaluation and acceptance of conceptual solutions by considering a structured assessment process. Moreover, a step-by-step approach is used to describe and obtain a systematic structure allowing to link each conceptual solution with a specific solution criteria. The validation of the proposed model corresponds to a real case study with the collaboration of one of most important food-company from Chile, known as AGROSUPER SA. The company define a need to implement an automation system using robots as an improvement to be made in its supply chain and related to production line. Consequently, they have to decide how this idea proposal will take place in reality according the different requirements that the company has, which is the proper scenario to validate the author's proposal.Key Words: Decision Making, OTSM-TRIZ, Conceptual Solution , Supply Chain
