This paper presents a set of key performance indicators related to the project management. The methodology used for obtaining them was the method Delphi with a short number of experts. The results were gained in three rounds with a high level of consensus and with a stable and homogeneous response. The final set of indicators is formed by 26 items, and it was refined within a consultancy project.
