ABSTRACT: This article discussed the methodological expertise of a company in the electronics industry showing divisions of action and control procedures according to its quality management system for the activities of handling, storage, packaging, and such as conservation, transport and delivery of the contracted products. These activities are complementary to the production process and therefore, with a special monitoring, being necessary to handle the product so that all requirements are met regarding the protection of electrostatic discharge and sensitivity to moisture. The experience has shown the need for the management of these electronic components is done through a system of planning Enterprise Resource Planning to encompass all information relating to the entire chain of production and provide reliable information in real-time.Keywords: handling, storage, packaging, inventory control, Enterprise Resource Planning., electronic industry, organizational engineering,
